Hi ,

I have built a DSAPI filter (test.so) on AIX. On starting Domino Web Server. The Server gives error "Fail to load DSAPI filter"

On renaming it to .a i.e test.a, it works fine and Domino load the DSAPI filter fine.

Is there some specific reason for .so not loading in Domino - AIX.

If I change the extension to something other that .a for e.g. test.out will this work ?

Is is documented somewhere to we can't use .so extension on Domino - AIX or is it a Bug ??
